FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01.  Do you ship internationally?


International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
In the unlikely event you received a product that is damaged, defective or missing parts, please contact us asap at office@airbaxx.com, and we will work quickly to resolve the problem or replace your order. To help expedite resolution in such cases, it is helpful if you can email us a photo or two showing the problem you encountered.


When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please make sure to check the availability for the product you ordered. Some products are hand or custom made and take longer to make, process, and ship than others. Sometimes we can beat the expected availability time, that is our goal, but do not expect it to ship before this.
Please note,not all items ordered ship together. You will be provided tracking for each part of your order.


International Shipping Options
International orders from Airbaxx.com or Chanisa.com are shipped via DHL International First Class Mail or DHL International Priority Mail.
DHL First Class Mail does not provide a projected delivery timeframe once an item ships, but it can take 2 or more weeks (not including holidays or weekends) depending on your location; for some areas of the world, your delivery may take as long as 4 weeks via this method.
DHL International Priority Mail provides a delivery timeframe of 6-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends) after it has shipped.
*We are not responsible for DHL' performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with DHL, and help resolve your order problem.
Other Common Items that Delay Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock, and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, your order should ship shortly.


Do you charge sales tax, import fees, or other taxes?
International orders from Airbaxx or Chanisa Indigo Line are not subjected to sales taxes. We are not responsible for any import fees your order may incur upon receipt. Any import fees are beyond are control, so we do not have any information to help ascertain what, if any, tax or import charges you might incur upon receipt of the order. If you are concerned an order may be subjected to import fees, please check with your local authorities and regulators prior to placing the order.

Order Status and Tracking
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us after your order ships. Please check you spam/junk box if you do no recieve these emails. Please note,not all items ordered ship together, so you may receive more than one tracking number.


Will I get an e-mail confirmation for my order?
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within a day. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, send us an email (office@airbaxx.com) and we'll check about the problem.


How do I change or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please email office@airbaxx.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.


Ordering
How do I place an order online?
Ordering at Airbaxx.com or Chanisa.com is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. The final shipping will be shown on the order review page before you place the order.


Can I order over the phone?
We are unable to take phone orders for national and international customers at this time. If you have questions prior to placing an order, please email us and we will be happy to help answer by email.


Do you charge sales tax, import fees, or other taxes?
European and International orders from Airbaxx or Chanisa Indigo Line subjected to sales taxes of 20% regarding to the laws of Austria. We are not responsible for any import fees your order may incur upon receipt. Any import fees are beyond are control, so we do not have any information to help ascertain what, if any, tax or import charges you might incur upon receipt of the order. If you are concerned an order may be subjected to import fees, please check with your local authorities and regulators prior to placing the order.


04.  How can I return a product?


Returns
We accept returns of items within 90 days of receipt in accordance with our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Declined Credit Card and Address No-Match Policy
If your credit card is declined or if the billing address you provide us does not match the billing address on file with your credit card, we may contact you via email to notify you. If your credit card is declined or you do not provide a correct billing address, the products that you ordered may no longer be held for you. Any order with a declined credit card or a no match on the billing address may be canceled after 30 days. An email notification may not be sent in the event that your order is canceled after 30 days.


Prices and Sales
We occasionally run sales on products. Sale prices are only valid during the published time and may not be applied to previous orders (except under our Price Match Policy). Our Retail Prices are intended to be the prices at which products are sold, if not everywhere, then at least in the principal retail outlets which do not conduct their business on a discount basis. All times on our site (including regarding shipping cutoffs) are Eastern Time.


Email Marketing and Promotions
By entering your email address on any Site field, form, order, or similar, you consent to join our email marketing list, to which we send emails containing special coupons, promotions, giveaways, news, and more. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email or by contacting us to remove your email from our marketing list.


Coupons and Special Offers
Occasionally we offer coupons. Coupons are not cumulative with any other offer and discounts are valid only on full priced items, not sale prices. Coupons have no cash value.
Coupons are only valid on in stock items. Any item that is marked "sold out" or "out of stock" does not qualify for the coupon discount. Any coupon used on an out of stock item will be voided for that particular item and only used on in stock items. If this brings your order total below the minimum for coupon qualification, your coupon will be voided all together. Coupons may not be applied to orders that have already been placed. The coupon must be entered at the time the order is placed.
Each coupon code may be used only one time, per household, per order. Coupons may not be used more than once by any household, name, phone number or credit card. Invalid coupon codes or coupons used on items not covered by the specific coupon code will not be honored and the order may be shipped as is without the coupon discount. Coupons will not be honored on multiple orders. If you place multiple orders with the same coupon, only one qualifying order will receive a coupon discount. All other orders will be shipped without the coupon discounts.


International Users
We make no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside Europe. Access to the Content may not be legal in certain countries or for certain persons. If you access the Site from outside of Europe, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
International air orders are sent via DHL. Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you may be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
