Please note: Shipping costs are calculated per item (per bag) to ensure safe and insured transport for each individual product.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

*Direct shipping is available to most EU countries. For countries with local partners (Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Sweden, UK, Switzerland, Thailand), please refer to our Reseller section on the product page.

Important Information for International Shipping (Outside the EU)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, Japan, Norway, or UK), please be aware of the following:

• VAT & Sales Tax: If you are ordering from outside the EU, Austrian Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be charged. Prices will automatically be displayed as net prices (excluding VAT) during checkout once your shipping address is entered or your location is identified.

• Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including local Sales Tax), which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the recipient); we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Euro (€).

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep.
